    • Enquiry details: property requirements, budget, timeframes, references and any information you choose to share in messages or forms.
    • Compliance data: where you instruct us as a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant we collect Right to Rent ID, source-of-funds documentation and anti-money-laundering verification, as required by law.
    • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics on page use.

    Why we collect it (lawful basis)

    • Performance of a contract: to provide sales, lettings, management and advisory services you instruct us for.
    • Legal obligation: AML, Right to Rent, tenancy deposit protection, HMRC NRL scheme and other regulatory requirements.
    • Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, matching buyers and tenants to properties, and protecting our business.
    • Consent: optional marketing communications, where you have ticked the consent box.

    Who we share data with

    Enquiry data: up to 24 months from your last contact. Tenancy and sale files: 6 years from completion or termination, as required for HMRC, AML and tax purposes. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
